That's what you wanna do. Since you already have big dreams, I'm sure you already know that you don't want to be mediocre. You want to be MIND BLOWING.
Keep in mind that if you honestly DO want to work in the animation industry, you're going to need a set of valuable skills that can be used on a variety of jobs. You can't have your boss ask you to draw a tree and say, "Oh, I can only draw Anime trees."
Not to crush your dreams, but unless you can speak fluent Japanese and can relocate, AND are accepted into their culture, you're most likely going to be with an animation studio here in America. Even if they DO use an anime style, you can't possibly think those are their only projects. Studios are huge functioning companies that can often have multiple projects going at a time, and not all of them are anime.
I'm glad you have determination, but try and aim for a goal that you can achieve first then you can slowly start for larger goal.
You're art isn't too bad, but your attitude and your art appears to be of someone who is fairly young. Just know that you have a long journey ahead of you (I think of art as a journey because it takes a lifetime of learning) before you accomplish great pieces of art. I suggest that you should draw everyday, and try and draw from realism first instead of anime. (you don't have to stop drawing anime, just focus on realism more) Realism will help you improve much faster than drawing from anime. I wish I had started drawing from realism before anime, but nobody told me that, I had to learn that. And no matter how great you think your artwork is, there is always someone better than you.
