Ryu and Satsuki finally reached the bottom of the place,Ryu shaking alittle even after he was on the ground"..DOn't do that again!"
Satsuki ignored Ryu's yelling,walking away while sniffing the air"I smell....blood..."He walked straight ahead of them,following the scent
"Huh..."Ryu watched as Satsuki walked away,shaking his head lightly and following after him "Could it be...Kyo's..." He stopped following him,realizing that Satsuki had already stopped
He just stood there,staring at a young womans body as she sat on the ground,her back propped up againt the building of a wall.She appeared to be dead,blood running down the side of her face.
Satsuki sighed softly,closing his eyes"Well she doesn't hesitate when it comes to killing"
Ryu glanced over at the body,looking away once he caught sight of it"...That must mean she's close..."He nodded his head unnoticingly,running past Satsuki hoping he would find Kyo
Kyo sighed softly as she came around towards a building"Looks like I was right"She walked over to the glass double doors,pushing them open lightly and taking a step inside.
The place was dark,but she could tell nothing was in this part of the room.Kyo didn't need to feel her way around,even if she had only been here once she memorized it by heart"There should be some stairs nearby"
She placed her hand out infront of her,her palm touching the wood frame of a door"Glad I have good memory"Kyo shook her head lightly,kicking the door down and hearing it tumble as it went down the stairs
She wasn't trying to make herself unknown as she stomped down the stairs.Her eyes closed once she reached the bottom.
This part of the room was well lit,and it looked as if it were part of a lab,or maybe it was the lab.There were alot of machines in the room,one placed in the middle of the room
Kyo opened her eyes,finding out that she was being watched.A group of people,vampires locked away in a steel cage."Uhhh"
They all stared at her,showing off thier fangs as they growled.A small boy moved to the front of the crowd,glaring at Kyo"What more do you want from us!?Using your own kind like this....its just wrong!"
What appeared to be the boys father covered his mouth with his hand,watching as Kyo walked over to them
Kyo didn't seem to happy about being yelled at by a kid"..Yeeeaaaa....sure"She shook her head lightly,not having any clue what was going on
She turned aroun,spotting a few long desks holding computers on them,one computer being connected to the same machine that was in the middle of the room.
A short chubby man walked over to the area Kyo was,he was wearing a labcoat that ran to his feet"What are you doing in here!?"His voice sounded as if he had been exsposed to too much air
Kyo raised her eyebrow as she looked down at the man"Excuse me?"She tilted her head to the side,wondering what he was so mad about
"You heard me child!"The man lunged towards Kyo,soon stopping himself once he realized who she was"I see now...Lord Katsutoshi must have sent you for a progess report"
Kyo growled softly once the man mentioned Katsutoshi's name.She grabbed the man by the neck,holding him up in the air enough so she wouldn't have to look down"First off,I don't come for reports.And what does Katsutoshi have to do with this?"
The man grinned once he realized she wasn't who he thought she was"That concerns only those who work on the project!"
As the man raised his voice some of the same figures Kyo had fought before surrounded the room,all of them seeming abit different from the first ones.
Kyo clenched her hand in a fist"Have it your way,I'll find out on my own"She tossed the man at one of the figures,soon reaching behind her and pulling out her gun twirling it on her figure before aiming it all them "How many of these things are there..."
Both Ryu and Satsuki stopped running as they heard gunshots"..Over here!"Satsuki ran towards another direction,Ryu quickly following behind him
Kyo placed her gun behind her,putting it back in its place.Looking at the figures,blood splattered onto the wall,a pool on the floor and sprayed arcoss the bars of the cage
She walked over to the people in the cage"So,anyone wanna tell me whats going on here?"
A woman was just about to speak until a soft Clapping could be heard.
"Bravo my dear...I never knew you would remember this place,yet alone find my dear toy store"Katsutoshi walked out from the shadows of the wall,still clapping softly as he looked at Kyo"And you destroyed all my little pets,that wasn't very fun of you to do my dear sister"
Kyo turned her attention away from them,glaring at him"Katsutoshi...what are you doing here!?"She growled softly,placing her hand behind her as she pushed her fangs together
"Now now,I wouldn't do that if I were you.You wouldn't want lives hanging over your shoulders now would you?"Katsutoshi laughed softly,eyeing at the cage
Kyo growled louder,swinging her arm back at the cage,slicing off the lock that was on it"If you want to live I suggest you get out of here"
The people didn't hesitate to run once she finsihed talking all of them heading towards the stairs.
