Title: Help

Feeling sick and dizzy to my core,
I can't even stand anymore.
No ones home except me,
even sitting up is making me dizzy.
The room is spinning around and round,
If I stand I fall straight to the ground.
I feel so nauseous right now
all I want to do is sleep, just lay my head down.

I'm getting tired of feeling this way.
I feel like this day after day.
I hate not being able to walk because I feel so dizzy.
Can't you see something is wrong with me?

My vision is getting bad at the moment, everything I look at is blurry.
I can barely make out what it is, please help me, hurry.
I can't stand this much longer, I won't last.
I can't keep my tears in check anymore.
My eyes are becomming sore.

Please help me,
because crying so much is making me nauseous and dizzy.
