Yesterday, I was in a really good mood and genuinely wished to spread the happiness around even through the smallest ways, such as giving someone a nice compliment.
Instead, I got yelled at, mocked, rudely ignored, and accused of doing it to gain something... even the person I love most belittled my good intentions...
