This jutsu is depicted as the strongest of all Lightning jutsu in existence. The incredible destructive power of this jutsu can reduce an entire Hidden Village and everyone within the area to nothing but ash. Shien has referred to it as a way of Smiting, similar to what Gods themselves do to the unworthy, sometimes seireitou also refers to this as well. This jutsu requires 4 highly-skilled ninja to use it to stand in a cardinal formation.
The area in which to be affected by this jutsu depends on how far the formation is spread out. The formation can stretch as far as an entire castle. The extremely large amount of chakra used will drain the users of almost all their chakra

Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominante hand, the user make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. to attack his opponent from a distance. The lightning dog will still be connected to the user’s hand through a bolt of lightning. The user then manipulates the technique to attack the chosen target. Being a Lightning Release, it requires a lot of chakra from the user to maintain for a period of time and thus a risk to use with a low chakra supply. This was first used against Pain when Kakashi tested this jutsu out to see if he could repel both Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.

The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.

Description: The user must be completely still for a minute (1 post) as user concentrates on sending electricity through their own muscles thus stimulating themselves to become stronger, faster and more flexible.

Description: making a simple couple of handsigns the user makes sparks travel along their skin to power up lightning type jutsu's for 5 minutes (posts) (7 for jounin)(10 for Kage/sannin) this move also makes it very difficult to make contact with the user for the danger of being severly electricuted.

Name: Water style: Burning Rain

Type: Ninjutsu, Offensive, Area of Effect
Description: This is one of the few jutsus that uses opposing elements. The user first does the string of hand signs. As soon as they are finished clouds form, no matter how clear it is out. Then the people keep on fighting since the jutsu needs time to build up the water and fire chakra within it. Because of this the perso can't use and jutsus until it activates. When it activates the surounding area would be plunged into rain, but this is no ordinary rain it burns all exposed flesh exept the user. This uses a ton of Chakra.

This jutsu creates a circle of crushing water spikes around the opponent. It is very difficult to evade, however it will also require a sufficient water source nearby the target, preferably right below it.

Lightning Ball Technique: (S-Ranked)
The user forms a ball of lightning in their hand. This, unlike the Rasengan, is a thrown ball. It causes severe burns and releases 15000volts of electricity into anyone it hits.
Clone Body-Switch Technique:
Simply, the user switches places with a clone. Although the jutsu doesn't really switch the body, just the mind. The mind will then both cause the original clone to 'solidify' and the original body to become clone-like. This is an instant jutsu, and is a C-Rank when preformed without a set of seals around you. The clone can preform the jutsu outside of a seal and it will cause the same effect, only it is then an S-Rank and takes up much more chakara.

Tattoo Shield-
This move allows the person to control there tatto's from there body and creates a 3 foot shield around them with the tatto's from the body
Tattoo Whips-The user creates a black collor around there neck and there hands and forearms turn black like gloves using chakra the user can stretch the tattos and control them like whips
Tattoo Mimicry-
The user's final and best move, uses the tattos at the bottom of there feet can create a mimic copy of what ever the user wishes, note: that this part takes allot of chakra to do.
Tattoo Tracking-
In this jutsu, the user spends a few minutes focusing chakra and his tattoo into his fingers, in which he is compressing a varied ammount of his tattoos (The amount depends on the rank of the user) into is fingers, in which he cant move during the process (1 post). After This, the user then needs to strike his opponent with these two fingers, which in this process, he 'transfers' The compressed tattoo onto his opponent. When this happens the opponent finds himself unable to use his bloodline, and the user can no track his opponent via the tattoo.
The tattoo at low ranks are quite large in size (enough to take up from finger tip to elbow at genin, and size of a hand at sannin)
Any forms of water can wash off the tattoos, dispelling the jutsu.
At any rank apart from Sanin, the tattoos last for a limited time,

Tattoo Bind-
This technique can only be used after 'Tattoo tracking has been used on the opponent. By once again remaining perfectly still, the user focuses the tattoos on the opponent, causing them to form on the opponets hands. Now, when ever the opponent causes his hands to come together (such as for handseals) The tattoo's in each hand will connect, forming a bond as strong as steel, causing the opponent to be unable to pull his hands apart.
At different ranks, the user can causing these bindings to accur else where also.
Chunin = Limited to hands only (lasts for 5 posts)
Jonin = Limited to hands and eyes (forces eyes to stay shut once the blinks, with the strength of steel once again) (can do both for 5 posts, or one for 7 posts)
Sanin = Can use technique on hands, eyes, and feet (when feet reach more than 12 inchs appart, the tattoos reach out to each other, forming the bond. (can do all three for 7 posts, or do two for 10 posts, or do one till it is washed off)
The bloodline crusher effect is always active while this is active.
Weaknesses
User must stay still to perform the technique, was the bond is made, the user can move again.
Any and All forms of water.
Only works at range of 50 ft, if the opponent goes beyond that range, the bonds will break, but the tattoos will remain on the body till washed off.
This technique is usually used for hostages, for it can't kill...
