Well today I learned a brother (lets call him Nat) of a friend (Cat) "liked me" *eye roll* I think romance at my age is foolish and immature. I would have turned him down anyway but as some of you know there are other circumstances. I told his sister to tell him he was wonderful but I am not into dating. Problem solved? Of course not. Well it seems I wasn't Nat's fist love. He had an ex, a cruel, nasty, catty, underhanded ex, and I was on her bad side.
She started telling everyone at school. I ignored her attempts to hurt mine and Nat's feeling until art club. She was painting with some of my friends in the hallway. I went out there to look for our teacher Mr.Vat. She was talking, making no effort to be quite about it. All I hear is
Ex"Someone has a crush on sweetie!"
Friend " Really a crush on Sweetie?"
Ex "Yeah I cant believe anyone would have a crush on Sweetie!"
I am standing here the whole time.
Me "Nat has a crush on me thanks, and why are you spreading rumors about me?"
Ex "I wasn't!"
Me "What do you call what you were just doing." I walk away.
*sigh* Really I know I cant be SO worked up about this, but it still hurts it always will.
