Kris, looking in the distance, saw the young man walking around as she tried to hide. Like a game of hide and seek, she felt she was being followed by him and she was trying to surely hide. She pulled her mother into one of the shops to hide with her, Kris didn't want her nor her mother to get spotted.

-"What ever happened between you and that young man?" - Miriam asked looking at some clothes that were nearby-.

-"Well... an 'accident' happened... and well... he wanted space... he was also not into a serious thing..." - Kris said looking around, trying to not say the exact, straight truth-.

-"Aw well, it happens, immature males, it's common. But you looked so cute together" - her mother expressed giggling and picking a dress up-.

-"Yeah... until he went and messed it all up..." - Kris said sadly, looking at the floor-.

-"What was that dear?" - Miriam asked looking at her with the dress on her hands-.

-"Oh..." - Kris looked at her mother -"I said... it's alright" - Kris faked a smile, but her mother didn't noticed it was-.

-"Dont worry dear" - Her mother said smiling -"Ah, it's dresses like these that I like" - her mother laughed-.

-"Yeah..." - a tear dropped and Kris quickly wiped it away -"Hm? But that's a wedding dress..." - Kris laughed-.

-"Yes, it always reminds me of the day your dad and I got married" - she smiled -"I was so nervous..." - she sighed -"Oh well..." - she expressed while putting the dress in front of Kris to see how it looked -"Ah... it's so cute... you'll look so beautiful..." - she smiled with a tear-.

-"Oh mother..." - Kris blushed and sighed -"I don't think I'll be thinking of that anytime soon..." - Kris smiled warmly-.

-"You're right, Im not ready to loose you" - she smiled and put back the dress-.

They both laughed and walked out of the store. Kris accidentally bumped with someone, but when she noticed, she bumped with the person she least wanted.

-"Kris, there you are" - the young man smiled and hugged her-.

Kris was hugged but she kept her arms low, then she slowly pushed him away.

-"Oh... hey... Marc..." - Kris said sighing-.

-"Oh my... I'll just go check something else" - Miriam said leaving them alone, an unintentional error-.

-"So dear" - Marc grinned -"Where have you been? It's been so lonely around these parts without you..." - he grabed her hand and walked her around against her will-.

-"Let go... you know very well 'we're' not a 'we' anymore" - she tried to slip her hand from him-.

-"Ah darling!" - he walked her into a secluded place and pushed her against a wall -"don't be so hasty... don't play hard to get" - He once more grinned-.
