Best silver lining ever?
So you know how they say every cloud has a silver lining? I'm finally starting to think that the moron who first uttered that was on to something. Today we found out that Bubby, who's been in a rehabilitation center for a month now after her surgery, can't live alone any more and will have to move to an old folks home. We're gonna have a hell of a time getting her to go along with it (the woman is insanely stubborn) and we'll have to sell her house, but it turns out there is one nice thing coming out of this. We've been trying to get her to stop driving for a while now because she's very forgetful and always gets lost, so now she can't have her car. Guess who she's decided gets her car? ME. As unhappy as I am about her having to move to a home, you have to admit that's pretty sweet. Now if only I had my permit...... xp
