Update on Daddy!
Well the military continues to surprise us this week. My mom just got an email from daddy and he said he could be home as soon as THIS Friday or Saturday. No guarantees of course but it's still so mind-blowing. I've been telling people he'll be home in two weeks or so...
The house isn't tidied though and my mom has been freaking out about it. I think she's so worried about the house looking good that she hasn't completely stopped to think what "I may be coming home this weekend." really means. I wish she'd stop being so paranoid about stuff like that. She needs to just cool it.
I was kinda hoping I could miss school though to go pick up daddy from the airport. Last year, the ONLY day that I missed school was the day that he left. It would be interesting to have it be the same way this year too and have the ONLY day I miss be the day that he came BACK. I dunno.
Hm...well anyway. Not piano lessons this week. ^.^ Yay! Plus we get out a little early on Thursday for a bomb threat evacuation drill. We get to miss all of 8th period (calculus for me). Then on Friday I have NO school because it's a superintendants day...and on Monday I don't have school either. (because most people don't 'cause of the holiday)
So anyway, there's my informative post of the week. I'll probably write some more poems and stuff for the next days. Hee hee.
