Are they beautiful or are they dead?

Pain that fills my tired soul
It's so sweet, it makes me feel so whole
the pelting drops, the fleeting glimpse I see
everyone's so busy looking they forget that it's me
a bowl that swims with silk and crags
a wish to run but feel the snags
I run and run but there's no other I am alone
I am suffocated in the crowd that want to hear my say
but every face that asks me takes my lovely thoughts away
I am so raspberry tale
flog the girl with that sodden rail
There is no pain there is no light
I fell into the right
Forget what they always say about it
its really all to make you quit
feel the song upon the rocks
listen to the ticking clocks
but not the way you used to.
