I'm in Cross Country at my school and we just had a meet this past Tuesday. The course was really muddy and wet and it was a cold day. We had to go up and down some steep hills. It was also near a pond so it also kinda smelled. The BEST part of that course was that there was this 15ft long puddle/ditch full of mud. I decided I was gonna RUN through it. Get it over as soon as I could. Oh stupid me. Doesn't go as planned I get halfway through the mud sucks my foot in. So I go diving into the mud face first. Everyone went silent and as soon as I got back up a big cheer erupted from the crowd. surprised Best meet I've had so far this year. I came in last, 13th place to be exact. sweatdrop I could have been about 11th or 12th heck maybe 10th! But I just had to go SWIMMING! Hahaha! rofl
