when tears fall on the sidewalk
who is there to help you?
your friends?
or enimies?
or maybe enimies diguised as friends..
you can never know
they may even say that
they like your crazy lifestyle
your black clothes
and sharpied converse
but as the tears fall on the side walk
they could be talking bad about you
making fun of your bright pink makeup
circled around your eyes
or the uneven number of studs in your belt
maybe even the color black that engulfed your died hair
but as the tears remain on the sidewalk
you may never know what goes on outside of your safe circle
the silent torments you might face
coming from the enimies disguised as your friends.
