What do you do with the odds and ends of your fridge? Why, throw them into a stew!
Chicken and potato stew with a butternut cream squash base, some oregano, onion, fresh garlic, basil, and some chicken broth to punch up the flavor. talk about stick to your ribs stuff. mmm... it's SO good. Yes, I am a culinary genius. ^_^ Ok, now that I'm done tooting my own horn, seriously, it's good stuff. Give it a shot! Oh, and a little fresh parmesan cheese thrown on top makes it exquisite!
