Ronnie Radke sentenced
The Judge gave him his original sentence. 4 yrs but he is eligible for parole after 18 months. He will get credit of 55 days served and could get out earlier for good behavior.

The Judge is also going to help him get into a drug program called 184 while he is in prison.

Originally, Radke was said to have signed an agreement confirming that he would pay the money due after pleading guilty on drug charges. However, in court today, Radke claimed to have been unaware of what he agreed to, according to The Las Vegas Sun. The judge gave Radke an additional 30 days to pay the money, which will immediately dismiss him of all charges.

On a sad note, The Las Vegas Sun gave a vivid description of Radke's day in court and mentioned that the 24-year-old looked out in the courtroom for support from his friends and family but 'it appeared there were none.'

Andrew Davis and Anthony Blondell from the Division of Parole and Probation present. Mr. Knapp advised Defendant will stipulate to violations and argue for reinstatement. Court ACCEPTED stipulation. Statements by Defendant and Mr. Knapp. COURT ORDERED, DEFENDANT RADKE'S PROBATION IS REVOKED and the original sentence of FORTY-EIGHT (48 ) MONTHS MAXIMUM with a MINIMUM parole eligibility of EIGHTEEN (18 ) MONTHS in the Nevada Department of Corrections will be imposed with 50 days credit for time served. COUNT 2 DISMISSED.
