I held his body, Lifeless and still
His blood dripping, slowly
Over my hands and flesh
I strive so hard
To help you collect the Shikkon no Tama (Shikkon jewel shard)
To return to Feudal Japan
To my friends
To him.
I would have never imagined
He would miss me so much
That he wouldn't be able to go on.
I always thought he never cared
That he would have ever
Risked anything to save me.
But now.....
I hold him tightly against my chest
Sobbing, wondering,
How it is possible that he is really gone.
Wishing that he'd only waited a few minuets
If so, maybe this wouldn't have happened.

I yell for him
Eerie silence echoes around us,
He is gone still,
I bury my face into his shoulder
and sob
Then I hear
what I never thought I would hear again
A gasp
A pain filled voice
A voice, soft, sad, grateful
"K-Kagome?"
I looked down
His eyes are open
He smiles weakly
"You saved me....Kagome."
I embrace him tightly
Never wanting to let go
"I love you, Inuyasha."
I whisper, my voice shaky.
" I love you."
I though this was very sad
