Well... yeah... I have decided, maybe I should try this again, you know, start over with it... so I guess I'll start with a few weeks back when I got the Xbox.
Okay, so me, my mom, and my sister were all out garage sale-ing and so as we're going around Zimm-town here, we find one where I was looking at a nice film camera, sorta like the ones that we used at school. And so, we ask how much it was, they wanted $100 for it, and I was trying to talk my mom into getting it when I found an Xbox there for $20. Needless to say, I was excited with my discovery, even though it was just an old-school Xbox, not a 360, but still, I could play Halo and Halo 2 on an old Xbox...
And so, I talked her into getting both the camera and the Xbox, but I had to take the car (which makes me cringe at how loud it is in comparison to my car) and go to an ATM and head back (luckily, I didn't have to worry too much about getting lost on the way back). So anyways, we got home and I set it up, and it worked! 8D
After my discoveries there, I decided to head to GameStop and buy Halo... my efforts were in vain the first time I headed there... I forgot it was rated M and I turn 17 in a little less than a month from now... so I had to head back - all that wasted gas!!! xP - and I got my aunt to come with before she had to leave -it was like all the adults were either at work, going to work, or heading up north then- but I did get it (obviously)
I went through and beat the game on both easy and normal, but since I accidentally deleted my profile, I had to start normal over again. I will admit that I'm not very good at Halo, I only beat normal the first time because I was playing with my cousin (who's also pretty bad, but hey, when you can have one person run kamikaze towards the enemies and the other stand back in a safe place, it really helps... ;>_> wink Lately though I've been going through it on my own, and I've been killed numerous times, half the time I don't even know how...
Oh, yes, and speaking of Halo, my cousin's friend has Halo 2, and whenever he comes over I end up taking it and playing it, and I started that one on Heroic after I had beat it on Normal... I didn't get very far as I did not have too much time to play since everyone's always wanting to play multiplayer... the sad thing is... they do nothing on it but drive around... and then get upset when you kill them... 'tis no fun that way...
Well, I see I have rambled way too much, and so I shall go now, and actually try to get something done... ;>_>
