Meg here, for the very first report on the life and times of a typical teenager. I'll be talking about all sorts of stuff, but mostly my life. Omg! This year went so fast! I can't believe that after tomorrow I will be a ninth grader! Imagine me, a high school girl! It's pretty hard to believe. I'm going to miss all my friends during the summer. I hope that we all can hang out with each other.(Maybe I could have a party on our new patio.) I hope I'll get to hang with the team, too. For some reason, the robot team I'm on has a total blast with each other. Who knew that we could, knowing we're all so dorky. Emily is pretty much the crazy, hyper, skater-ish Jesus-freak. Alex is the, well I really don't know what he is, except the sporty, funny, prankster. Kevin, he's the little bro of the whole team, since he was the youngest. Joe is the boss who's sarcasm no one, except himself, understands. Myron is the mega-hyper kid that would rather be on the computer playing games. Sam, he's the electrical whiz who is actually the most laid back of the group, and the one who answers questions by repeating the question and saying the answer by rephrasing the question. Krasa, he's the crazy teacher who started this monster, and I can't forget Mr. Hale, the hockey loving computer genius. Did you know the smartest people can be the most perverted? I sure didn't! I hope all the relationship are able to last the summer, long-distance or not. Too bad I'm single. I haven't had a "real" boyfriend, ever. I still like the guy I have liked since the second grade. (That's almost seven years now.) He's gone out with a lot of my friends, it stinks. He doesn't like me any more than the girl he's known since forever. At one point in time I thought he actually liked me. Yeah, it was at the Valentine's Day dance when we were in seventh grade. He asked me to dance, and it just happened to be my favorite song, You and Me by Lifehouse. Well whatever. I just wish he would give me a chance. I guess I'm just not pretty enough for him. I'm still the geeky, brainy theater girl who reads and plays video games constantly. I hope that when I go to the High School I can create a better image of myself. I don't want to become the preppy, dumb, fake, robot that most girls try to be when they get to the high school. I don't think that's even possible for me, I'd have to actually try to be dumb. I really don't want to lose any of my friends when I get to the High School, I don't think I could handle that. I did lose friends when I got to the Middle School, we just had our different tastes. I already know a lot of the high school kids from my cousins, friends and from theater. At least I'll never eat alone at lunch. Well I'd better stop now, I need to save some stuff to write about next time. *Sigh* This is Meg signing off, good night and good luck!
