Human Soul Containment Journal
Where I keep my human souls *evil laughter*
Start
This story is for a friend of mine. It's kind of a short story. I hope that she gets to read this...and well..gets the point. I have finished the story. I just need to type up the rest.

So it begins. This little story. I am sure that by the prelude, this is going to be a sad, very angry story.

She sat there in class. In her baggy black jeans, black tanktop, blakc converses, black finger nails, a big black zip up sweater, dakr eye make-up, and black rimmed glasses. Her little 'voodoo' dolls keeping her company. Her hair ws in her face but she didn't care. She hated the way she looked. You fat ugly pig she yelled at her inner self. Even though she was told the opposite.
She finished the book they class was reading already, so she drew. A way to escape from reality. It's almost summer vacation. She couldn't wait to get out of this prison they called the education system. {Only prisoners got better food}
They bell rang and everyone scurried to their destination like little trained lab rats. She didn't want to go to class...or even be at school for that matter. Too much drama. Funny how they never tell you about the drama. But their wasn't long left. To keep her goin, she thought of her friend from Florida. They would be going down to get her and bring her back up here. She would be staying for about a month. She was super excited about that. She had been looking forewardto it all year. The friend that always gave her great advice and had been there for her. She had another friend that she hasn't seem for a while coming to spend a couple of days before going to see her cousin. Yes she loved this friend like a sister...like the one from Florida. But this one was a little bit of the opposite. Yeah...she always stood by her, but this one seemed to care more about her boyfriend. She felt like last priorityin her eyes and she hated it! She didn't want to think about it though.
She arrived at science class. Her friend Naiomi sat next to her. Naiomi gave her a note and they went right to copying what was on the board. Exams were coming up and she wanted to do well. She focus to help her be distracted from that hippocrite of a friend. The one that she desperatly didn't want to loose. Now they were set off to do their class work. "Clara..did you get all of the notes?" Niaomi asked. Clara handed her the notes and got busy. When Calra finished, Niaomi grabbed her paper. Clara rolled her eyesand let her copy. The routine was always that way. No need to upset the natural order of things right? It didn't bother her though. It was kind of funny.
Second period was over. Now time for third. Clara had second lunch. Not that it mattered. She stopped eating a while ago. The only reason she loved her lunch period was the fact that she got to talk to her friends. Yeah she was hungry but she didn't want to eat.
She sat through notes of Phychology: Memory. Then she remembered that her friend that she usually sat with, Graduated. She had another friend, Amanda, but when she usually sat at that table...everyone pretty much ignored her.
The lunch bell rang. She followed Amanda to her table along with Amanda's boyfriend. They got their food and Clara waited. They got back and like she predicted...no onw talked to her. She wanted this day to end so badly. All she wanted to do was go home, get on the computer, maybe play some Super Paper Mario, then sleep...and never wake up. Cut off of her thoughts of wonderful endless sleep, someone {Amanda} shoved a slice of pizza in her face. Of course she couldn't turn down a free slice of pizza. She told a funny story, then finished the pizza...she felt ashamed that she couldn't control herself.
Finally, fourth period! Clara was hopeing to aske her teacher for some advice, but there was a subsitute. As she was writing back to Niaomi, the fire drill sounded. She jumped a little, then went on her merry way. She watched as everyone was herding towards the doors like sheep. She was the black sheep, and the fire alarm was her shepard. Her thoughts of her hipocritcal friend re-surfaced. She grew even more angry. She almost punched a guy in the hall. She felt betrayed and hurt. "Why didn't she call me more?" she asked her self quietly. Then she thought well I could've called her too. But when she did, no ring. She later found out that the home phone ws gone and she didn't know a cell number at that time.
She remembered a camping vacation the two went on. The whole time she was texting either her boyfriend or her cousin. Clara could understand the cousin one, they hardly got to see each other and they were like sisters, the boyfriend?! They saw each other more than Clara got to see her. Everytime that phone vibrated and rang, she either wanted to chuck outside a window/in a lake or break the damn thing in half. She knew she loved him, so she kept quiet most of the trip...feeling uninteresting and worthless. When she came over in the summerand did s**t like that..she will chuck the phone out the window without any warning. That was just plain rude.
She snapped back to realaity and went back to class. She wanted to take a nap but didn't know if the sub would bust her.
Finally! The end of prison/school. Clara gathered her things and headed out. She met her mom in the bijou. On their way home her mom kept talking to her. Clara wanted to know why her mother suddenly grew an interest in her. She she gave short responses back to make her happy. She listened really close to the radio to forget her friend. She'd been doing this for a while now. It wasn't getting any easier...and that sucked. She remembered time where she would be at her friends house and she would be instant messaging her friend or boyfriend. Clara said that it was alirght when it really wasn't. So she just drew. More escaping into her own realaity. Clara desperatly wanted to live there. But she knew there was not way in hell that would happen. After all she had to take care of her cancer ridden grandfather. The one she didn't like. Her earliest memory of him was when he said she ate ice cream wrong. It wasn't even all over her face yet. He called he mean names and insulted her while throwing his medications at her. He mae her do all the work, but it was never good enough. Not for anyone. She got lucky that he wasn't due for another treatment for quite sometime, so she got a little break for summer.
They passed by this billboard with a really skinny woman promiting lipo-suction. She looked like a ********. Clara wanted to take her paintbal gun and just shoot at it, but she also wondered why she didn't look like that. Now thoughts of shame came over her. Why do you keep eating you fat ugly disgusting pig! She yelled at her inner self.

Well isn't that something!? I agree that school can feel much like a prison. However, we don't get food in our schools here in Guate. You either have to bring yer own or, just buy something outside of it during lunch time. Go figure, eh?
