Guess I haven't updated this in a while...well it could have been worse. Anyhow, to those who cares, I've been too busy with school among other stuff to update the journal. (I admit it, I was too lazy..)
Anyhow, I finally decided to write another entry because, quite frankly, I have ran out of things to do. I could always work on that history paper but...Anyhow, big test this following week. Nothing to worry about, I think, because I always ace these things. So instead of just passing it, I'll do what the teachers expected me to do, and get "commended performance." To those who don't know, it means I have to do very good on it. (ie: miss 0~3 questions.)
Anyhow, next school week is going to be a drag. It's basically test mode the whole week and we have to stay in our first period the whole day for at least 2 days. Normally that isn't such a bad thing, however, my first period is math. The 2 computers in that room (because we have 'free time' after the tests) are ancient. Plus, our teacher really don't let us talk. gonk
Enough ranting about my life for now...it's time for the Gaia section of my journal~!
Let see...my last journal entry was during New Years..time for the MC reviews~! I'll try to keep it short...
OK, first up is the January's letter. So they changed the letter's sprite again. Gold and light blue looks nice~ Now onto the items. The masterpiece really is a piece of work. (Ahaha get it? Kill me =___= ) It's the more versatile of the two, and as such, the more expensive one. Personally, the scarf and skin is the only appealing pose to me, but weird face thing can be used for a good "lulz" factor.
Onto the second item. The item every gun fanatic on Gaia was waiting for. Seriously, I think the only reason someone would buy that was for the weapons. That being said, the guns are fugly. It doesn't match well with Gaia's avi system. Though I keep one for collection purposes only.
Now February's letter was one of my favorites. Red and gold, just like the color of Chinese New Years~(Which was on February too!) Shame the items doesn't live up to the letter's awesomeness. First is the Magical Girl. Maybe I'm just a little bias with this item because it was clearly made for girls but...it sucks. The pose for the little creature was good, but everything else just clearly wasn't made for guys.
Coincidentally, the other item for February was the Four Horsemen. If one word was to describe this item, it would be "bulky." No offense to anyone wearing it, but it makes you look like a noob. Now, I have seen some people use the item well. Unfortunately, February items was just too much fail.
March, month of the pale lime green letter thing. Ironically, despite the ugly letter, the items inside is rather good. Wonderland have some very good poses, though, it is still more "female oriented." The Samurai Yoroi...Can't say much about it unfortunately. It's another armor set, which means you'll have to get more than 1 to make it fit. Again, there's always people who are an exception to this.
And finally, April. The Rock Puppy..it's uh...not that great. I have nothing against the pup, it's just that his item is basically a rehash of all the other plusies and animal item's poses. (Over exaggeration, but still.) The pose where you get a blue brick of s**t is pure win though.
Ah, the Rock Hard. It's surprisingly nice. It adds a little bit of extra that might finish an avatar or in the case of the drum, an avi can be based on that pose. The guitar pose isn't that great, but considering your other choices..eh.
