I am in complete awe of how stupid the American culture is. We worship people with fake tits, blonde hair, slutty outfits, and absolutely no intelligence. Why? Why are we so awestruck by these people with mega fame and no common sense to back it up? There is absolutely nothing to be gained out of watching celebrieties act like morons. The only possible thing we could learn is to not be like them. For example, look at Britney Spears. She's a walking disaster. Everything that could go wrong in her life is doing just that. Look at what fame did to her. YOU people did that to her. I hate that women with a passion, don't get me wrong. (She has no talent to begin with.) However, YOU are what destroyed her life. The American culture as a society feeds upon people's flaws.
Why? The simple answer is because Americans like to escape their horrorific life for an hour or more a day to gaze upon the atrocity known as Hollywood. They buy magazines and watch Access Hollywood or Entertainment Tonight to witness the end product of what they created.
Actors, actresses, singers, models, and sport stars are all famous because WE made them that way. WE gave them money to do what they do. However, there is always a downside to everything in life. Take Heath Ledger, for example. He was only twenty-eight years old! What did he do? He overdosed on pills. His life was not the perfect little picture most people first think. Of course the bad images soon show up on television and the faces of stars are everywhere. His story just happened to have a tragic ending.
So what did we learn today, kiddies? We learned that the American culture is loaded with greedy people, overly dramatic icons, and suicidal wackos. Stop buying into it. We wonder why other countries hate us. THIS IS WHY. Other than the "glorious" War in Iraq, we're despised because of what we do to our own people. We help feed their drug addictions and sexually driven actions. Just remember that next time.
Instead of escaping from your pathetic life by drowning your sorrows against someone elses nightmare, grow up and see a therapist. DO IT.
Stop being an idiot.
