Finally it was Saturday and Evelyn was riding her bike to Mountain Pass Glacier Park where they had agreed to meet. The road was bumpy and Evelyn almost fell off her bike but caught her balance again by leaning against a fence on the side of the path. When she finally got there Stephanie was already waiting near the fountain there. Evelyn waved and Stephanie waved back. Evelyn walked up to Stephanie and asked “Will you please explain whats going on now?” Evelyn asked her eyes bright with curiosity. “Yes, well as you have probably already guessed I am not human. I am actually a ghost. I came back because I can’t go anywhere until I find all the parts of my spirit. Until then I am only a fraction. You see when I was young my parents died and I had no where to go so I ran into the woods nearby our house. In those woods there was a deep ravine and at the very bottom was a tiny creek. I went there often to see if I could catch fish. I mean I was fine for a week or two there on my own but during the third week I went to go fishing in the ravine.
I wasn’t paying attention and there was suddenly a flash flood. I was a good swimmer but I couldn’t beat the water so I just gave up after awhile. I drowned in the river but when I died my spirit or soul whichever you want to refer it to as shattered somehow or the other. It shattered into five pieces I’m sure of that much. I also know that each one has their own personality. The one that lit the school on fire must have been the mischievous part of my soul. I found out that there might be someone who can help me. You see I’m the part of my soul that believed in magic and in believing it I am able to sue magic but I can‘t defeat them on m own without letting their magic practically destroy whatever they target so it used to always be save the area or grab the soul piece and naturally I couldn‘t let them destroy parts of the earth for their own pleasure. However that can all change now if you help me! So I guess this is really more like asking you for a favor then anything else but will you help me gather the pieces of my soul?” Stephanie finished and waited for Evelyn’s decision. Now you can probably imagine how stunned Evelyn was after hearing all of that. But surprisingly enough the first thought that popped into Evelyn’s mind was Hey this might be fun! Evelyn herself was surprised at this but giving it a little more thought decided that it could defiantly be fun and besides that Stephanie was her friend right? Shouldn’t she help her? “Alright Stephi I’ll help you! After all what are friends for?” Evelyn asked with a bright smile.
