Tears are going down my cheeks
I don't know why
My heart aches
My knees shake
I can't stand up
Yet I can't sit down
I'm in so much pain
What is this feeling?
I've never felt it before
I've known everything else
But why not this?
I look for help
No one is there
I yell and yell
But no one comes
I don't know what to do
My chest hurts worse
The pain doesn't stop
Days
Weeks
Months
The pain won't stop
I want it to
The pain increases
Please make it stop
I suppose this
I shall call heartbreak
