"He deserved it." He couldn't help it either way. It wasn't his fault; his nails grew this way. Into hardened stiff points, sharper than a blade. Could cut through anything, as far as he knew. Not that he'd tested that before...*cough*
Picking the annoying coloration of dried blood from under his claws, Daire looked back to his path ahead. He'd been assigned to find some fresh Hybrids for a slave trade. The price was sketchy, but it was life. Literally.
