One in a while, a very special dream comes into play. It's called a "helping dream" or a "healing dream" or maybe a "messenger dream' or something like that. Normally your spirit or your "soul" comes into a physical form to inform you about some you DIRELY need to change. The dream will probably be MUCH more vivid when you wake up and it's important to take note of that dream.

What's the point of dreams, if you can't remember them?
What's the point of remembering them if you cannot find a use? I, the dream
