Japanese players gained access to the legendary Pokémon, Darkrai, as the new movie is about to premiere (July 14th was opening day). Certain requirements in game must be met before a player can receive the 'Member's Card' to access Newmoon Island and find Darkrai. There'll also be a special promo card.
