work at its worst
The last 2 days has been a b***h. she has been smacking me around with a long a** whip and I only hope tomorrow she decides to ******** sleep mad . Yesterday all the old residents decided to be on the call lights every 5 minutes. There dinner did not come until 6 pm. It should be done by 5 to 5:15 the latest. We were not able to get them in bed till 10pm. We are to have them in bed at 9pm the latest. I went home and went straight to bed. I got written up because we did not get a lady in bed quick enough. WE DID NOT GET EVERYBODY IN BED QUICK ENOUGH!!! xd Whatever me and the DON (director of nurses) had a talk about it. Today was not too bad, but bad enough to make me cry hystarically. It was me, a girl how was going to stay till another girl came, and an oriente (someone who is new and is being introduced to the building and how thing go). Sounds good, three people, nothing could go wrong today biggrin . WRONG WRONG WRONG scream . When the girl came in the girl who was nice enough to stay left. Well, one of the STUPIDCNA girls on front hall told the oriente that she could then go and work with them since the one girl came in. Number 1: she was schduled for that hall and was to stay on that hall. Number 2: She did NOT tell me or the other girl she was going to the other hall. Number 3: I was left on that hall by myself for ONE hour and lights were going off left and right. Number 4: when the nurse working my hall did an all page for the girls working with to come and help me NO ONE SHOWED THE ******** UP!!!!!! scream stressed xd . Before I continue with the next part I have to inform u that in the last nursing home I work I was with one other girl and she and the only nurse working decided to go on one a** long smoke break and leave me alone to work all the hall. because of that a lady undressed herself, stood up out of bed, peed on the floor, sliped and fell on her own pee. I heard her calling the whole time but I was in a residents room taking her to the bathroom. If I left her she would have fallen. I also thought that the other CNA and the nurse were in the building. I quick because of that and I now dont like to lift alot of people on my own and especially don't like to be left alone for an expended period of time. Now back to what I was saying before. Number 5: I started to freak out about doing the halls so bad that I started to cry hystarically crying crying crying . The nurse call another nurse and told to find one of the girls and send them back to me and help me. That was when the other girl found out because they were both in the dining room helping pass trays. The one girl came back and told me that the oriente was moved to another hall. She wasn' too bothered by it. I on the other hand was PISSED OFF!!!!!!!! scream . Later on the CNA who told the oriente to move to the other hall came up to the hall and said," were done. Everyone is in bed. It is amazing how easy it goes when you have enough people." scream WHAT THE ******** DID SHE JUST SAY??? IS SHE TRYING TO DIE AT AN EARLY AGE???? SHE IS ******** TAUGHTING ME!!!!!!!!! If only she wasn't 7 feet away and I didnt need that job to pay for my rent and food she would have been dead in or in the process of dieing. twisted .
