Misery or Fate
I stand alone on this weary night.
Not knowing why this happened.
Did I fail to communicate?
Or was it because I didn't do everything right?
Standing in the cold with tears in my eyes.
Should I go through the gate or leave?
A black cat comes and rubs against me.
Trotting off and looking at me once at the corner.
She winks and disappears.
I felt ovecome to follow.
So I did so, with my black dress flowing behind.
Glancing back at the light above the gate.
"Maybe it isn't ment to be.."
Then turning the corner to follow the cat.
