I writed a poem about Irish imigration just now.
I dunno why... I'm listening to Dropkick Murhpys, so that probably has something to do with it.
Green.White.Orange is its title.
OH! And that magazine that my story got published in?
It's just the High School magazine, but it's still cool 'cause they have a selections committee and the majority of the committee has to like it.
Well they only put in an exerpt. About that, I was pretty pissed, but it was very long, so that's understandable. But they ended it before the story really started.
I like the section they chose, though.
And they put this cool chalk and pencil drawing with it- a very fitting one, in fact, and a very well done one.
It's more like a book than a magazine, because it's not that papery material, it's just the regular paper pages and the cover is the paperback- type cover. It's a very well put together... project? Piece? Collection? I don't know what to call it now.
