Yuki's Corner
My thoughts, not your's D:<
Intro
After I deleted my first two entries so long ago, I didn't think I would ever make another journal; but here I am once again. The reason for this change in heart is due to the journal entries of my good friend, Kaatzuya, so thank him for that. I guess you can think of these entries as the silent replies to his entries that he will never read because he never comes on Gaia anyways except to update his journal.

Just In Case
Just in case you do happen to read this Kat, know that it's just an opinion and I am not objecting or shooting down anything you are saying (unless I specifically say 'I'm objecting...[etc.]') However, that's most likely not the case. Like you, I'm just venting out my thoughts since I've grown bored with writing in my diary. Though ,if you do see this, I'm always open for debate/talk.

Response
So anyways, in response to Kat's latest entry (5/26/07), here is my opinion. That's an interesting theory you have but I don't completely agree. Yes, there is light and darkness (or evil as you called it) in this world and at the moment, the world seems to have gone arwy. However, I don't believe the divisions of these elements are so clear cut. Everything has a mixture of light and darkness so I'm not really buying into the whole 'pure' anything (that includes love). Don't get me wrong, I believe in true love, but not necessarily 'pure love'. I mean, if you think about it, what is love? For me, it's that feeling you get in your heart when you're with that special friend or someone that you realize you care about and would sacrifice your own happiness for because their happiness is what makes you happy. It's the wanting we get of the person or people. Want and desire in it's "purest" form is selfishness and greed, isn't it? But I think, in this case, greed is a good thing ^_~ For me, nothing is black or white; they are blue, red, yellow, green, purple, and the endless number of other shades and hues of colors out there. We can't really catagorize people, even though our brains automatically does (or tries to). It's not an exact science because we are all unique. So in truth, there are light and darkness but they are just part of one thing: fused and inseparable. Call me a Daoist if you want, but that's just what I think.

And In Other News...
Well I'm back from vacation so live is back to it's normal boring self. I've got summer reading for AP English and History, not to mention SAT prep and work. Hopefully junior year goes by quickly so I don't have to suffer too long. I just finished reading Twilight by Stephenie Meyer and I absolutely devoured the book (it was delicious, down to the last page). I highly recommend it for anyone who likes romance, adventure, and vampires. It's a book you can really sink your teeth into, I know I did. I was hysterical when I found out there was a sequel; overjoyed when I did some research and found the third (now to get my hands on them). So yea...that's it.
