Therapy, non-selfharm and weed. Right...
Well, the therapy, I imagine will give you much better advice than I possibly ever could. I'll still be here, of course, if you feel the need or the desire to send a message.
The cutting thing, I think is good, because, you've held off for a while, and that's a good step. A very good step.
As for the weed, well... we all do stupid things at one point or another. We're only human, after all. But mistakes happen and what's happened is past.
We can only focus on what to do in the here and now.

As for me, I've had my ups, and my downs. Overall, I've been fine enough, I suppose.

... I don't believe skipping school was a good idea... I can ramble on why, as much as you hate it, there are reasons why you should go - But I'm not going to start blabbering the "same old, same old" that you always hear from me when it comes to school.

But the sleep-in... I know what you mean. I've been lacking sleep for the last 2 or 3 weeks, and tonight, I'm just going to die for 12 or 13 hours.
