I hope you and your friends stay the way you look in that photo you sent me, Sherouq -- honest, compassionate and genuine. My country tends to destroy such qualities. They tend to interfere with the virus of corrupt version of capitalism Every day I see my country getting closer to the police state that Israel propagates. If only Robert F Kennedy had lived, and before him, John F Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. My country's task masters have learned that killing those who protest, who stand up and say this is not progress; it is regression and oppression.

I miss Ghandi, John, Robert, Martin, Abraham, and so many others who realized that our corrupt capitalism has failed and will continue to fail. It only supports the 1% of wealthy slobs who use you and I and your beautiful classmates as pawns in a sad, sick game that has lasted far too long.

Please don't forget me, Sherouq.

Hello Fayrouza whee

How are you? I've been doing well. School is almost over for the semester (less than four weeks left) so I've been busy with tests and homework. I really haven't been up to much. My mother caught the flu so she's been resting, I went to a birthday party yesterday and I did a bit of gardening today. I saw two earthworms, one egg (a small lizard egg) and a lot of strange looking ants. They had huge pinchers ontop of their head and they weren't fire ants. My mom said she'd seen them in teh garden before but she didn't know what they are. I'm going to get one on Tuesday (I'll be at school tomorrow all day and make it back home at night) so I can show it to my professor to see if he can identify it. 3nodding
