Oh, I don't intend for it to take THAT long. And they're not really a shadow council. They're actually more of a just force, even though it's going against Kazuko at the moment. They are merely enforcing the laws of the world of the supernatural. I will see if I can incorporate some small things before the real fight begins.

Thanks for sticking around even though it's been slow right now. I will try to incorporate something more exciting, I just don't want to start off too soon, but I'll see what I feel like I can get away with.
