isn't there a transfer system in place in california where if you're in a community college you can be...i dunno, upgraded? into the uc system?

one guy on my floor is enough. he's so ******** loud. i don't need a live commentary on what the hell is going on from four rooms away.
well, i haven't been up close and personal with snow, so that'll be cool.
but, i don't think i'll appreciate the massive amounts we get up here.
it's equivalent to canada or vermont here apparently.

we have a mutual understanding of the situation as it is.
i mean just vampires in general. thankfully no one has yet to talk my ear off on the subject.
