I moved to California because Hurricane Katrina destroyed my life in Gulfport/Biloxi, Mississippi... -__- I wage war on all natural disasters...

A Thought For All


People are such careless creatures.
Consumed by emotions, fragile like glass.
Those who stay only on features,
Like us all fall on our a**.

The world is cruel and hateful,
But there are some who try to change it.
To those people can be ungrateful,
But their rewards are perfectly fit.

Sadness and hurt takes hold of the world,
As well as the deadly sins that eat us alive.
The demons' mischief coming unfurled.
Praise those who still try to strive.

Hope is a fickle thing,
It can both be fatal or strong.
Shattering like a beautiful glass ring,
At the first thing that goes wrong.

What do we have to live for,
I do not know at all.
What's at this life's core?
Is it just to continuously fall?

Life still seems dark even in the light.
Why doesn’t things get better?
This can't just be some worthless fight.
Making all living just become more fretter.

Decisions make our daily routine
Coincidences happen so frequent
Just what do they mean.
This life is just too sequent.

A blink of an eye in this vast universe
That's all we are.
I see this life as a curse.
Happiness is just too far.

There's just too much weight from the past,
It's just really hard to keep my head up,
I don't know how much I'll last,
'Til my emotions completely erupt.

What is there to live for now?
Is the pain worth this existence?
I want it to deaden some how..
Just to be all a riddance.

It's funny how I'm writing out my thoughts,
In a poem meant for those to read.
Writing out... my darkest plots.
As if I make all take heed.

Just think of this place and time,
Is it really all worthwhile?
Here I am, angsting in rhyme.
My words just kept on file.

Will anyone actually take them to heart?
Does anyone actually care?
Just please tell me where to restart.
Because my life is beyond repair.

1 year since Katrina.

August 29,2005.

The horror was real.
Hearts were torn.
Friends were stolen away.
Flattened hopes and dreams.
Corpses lay as a road to hell.
Sent away, to a place I don't know.
With only one person I could trust.
Risking my desolate future.
Spinning deeper into depression.
The hell is still not over.

To a special Crocodile Hunter:

A man of vigor and happiness,
Bringing joy of his Aussie self,
He brought a smile to my face,
And increased my want to have reptiles.
There's no words on how much I feel sad,
Nor will there ever be.
All the goods ones die young...
R.I.P. Steve Irwin...
