Hi, thanks for the messages. I appreciate them muchly. ^^ I am still recovering even after going back to my old reliable pills (Anafranil), which I am still increasing the dose of until I'm back up to 6 per night. I have been really tired, even after sleeping a lot. So I'm going to the doctor this week on Thursday to see if I can find a cause. Tapering off my old meds then trialling two different new meds that didn't work out for me made me sick for a long time. I think it's been 3-4 months now. It's been disheartening and depressing but I hope I'll be back to my level of normal soon. Thanks for your patience. I know I've been away forever. I just haven't had the energy or motivation to do all the things I usually enjoy. Even though I'm missing them. I'm gonna get the doctor to write me a script for a blood test to see if we can work out what's making me so exhausted all the time. My psychiatrist did say it could take up to 3 months to get to feeling how I used to on Anafranil. So I am not going to try any new medications till sometime next year. Maybe in the later half of the year.
