hmm, my friend told me a few of his was strict, so i thought most to all was strict.
i would look into a small college if they had what i was wanting to go into :/ but not many colleges (that I've seen) has graphic design, of course that's around here XD
if you don't mind me asking, what are you studying for in college?

what I wouldn't give to be over there D: we also have a lot of druggies over here...one of my friends father got him LSD for his birthday...more then half my friends were drugs
That's always good to hear ^^, i need to go to collage sometime soon :/ I'm told marshall university (the closes collage) is a great place XD are the teachers cool over there?

True, that does suck, but in my opinion that probably beats over here >.> basing this off of high school and vocational school (haven't been to collage yet), there is a lot of girls that chew tobacco...which I can't stand...
