Just kidding. I'm Blood Orchard, obviously, but you may call me Orchy---yes, I know lol. I don't tend to give out my name unless I know you well. I'm a pretty chilled out person and hope I come across that way. I've been on Gaia for what seems like forever.
Anyhow, I am a role player-- have been since I was 14ish years old. Most recently, I have become very.... unoccupied. I'm disabled and time is something that I have plenty of nowadays. I can usually dish out from three to seven well written paragraphs. However, I usually match what is written and enjoy getting lost in the details. So, I guess you could call me a semi-literate or literate poster. I prefer to keep things grammatically correct, unless I am writing quotations of a character that speaks childishly or with an accent. I'm obsessive compulsive at times. I don't like to see someone type up a sentence that says, "Are we going to go out to eat Grandma?" When you actually mean, "Are we going out to eat, Grandma?" Seriously?!? You just asked me if we are going to eat Grandma! I get that mistakes happen and I'm guilty of my own sometimes.
A few things you should know about myself: I am recently separated from my spouse. I have two wonderful, beautiful children of my own. I've grown so so much since having them, and I can respect and understand other parents. Be that as it may, I don't want to talk about my kids or our situation unless I really get to know and connect with you. Stranger danger, ya?
I love all animals big and small. I'm not afraid to say that animals are far better company than people. I'll snuggle a critter any day before opening up to a new person... and I have enjoyed many a critter's company far more than some people's.
I can be random as a fish stick in a bowl of ice cream at times but turn serious ten seconds later. When chatting in PMs I enjoy using emoticons to get my point across. However, I understand if that's not everyone's cup of tea, so just let me know. Get to know me and we can be great friends!
