PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE POST. IT'S SO TRUE
1. At least 2 people in this world love you so much they would die for you.

I don't think I do. If I did, then I'd be having a "superiority complex" all the time, seeing as how I'm constantly changing my avatar (mixing cheap items with expensive items, wearing only cheap/common items, wearing only/mostly expensive items, etc). I think most people who enter the arena only want to show off and see if they win, a lot want the prize. I submit my best looking avatar and give it a go, because all in all it's just a little game to me and I enjoy it.
If expensive pixelated items constitutes as a superiority complex, then apparently everybody has that problem. neutral My comment was only directed at those who downvote for their own selfish reason or no reason at all - what would be the point in voting if one isn't going to actually look at the avatar? That's about it. (:
