Bio: not much is known about the blind wolf queen, she ruled her very own kingdom for years however no one of this day and age knows of her. when her husband died she left the kingdom and traveled into the frozen waste land hoping to die. she was taken in by the wolves and stays with them. she soon developed the abilities to talk to them and can also give them human shape to keep herself company. her most faithful servants are four wolves two male and two female. Cece, Kika, Jayce, and Shin (the one pictured with her)
Personality: generally very soft spoken, she doesn't like it when people butt into her business, so she tends to stay out of others.
Powers: Control over water, ice, snow and anything related to these. she can talk with animals but mostly with the wolves. she is blind however she can see auras of people and can sense presence. she can give wolves human shape so that she can keep company.
