I'm glad you're liking school so far. Mesna said Nick is there, too.
I would have a hard trouble walking around that city by myself. But I'm sure it gets easier the more you do it. And you don't really need a license to get around town. When dad went there, he could just walk everywhere.
And I know if you work hard, you'll do great in your classes!

You start school pretty soon, huh? Must be excited.
Yeah, I could see why you wouldn't want to drive in that traffic. It seems pretty bad whenever we visit there. But that'll be fun if you get to drive and it'll be easier for us to all meet up. And that coffee sounds good, I might have to try it, even though I don't really like coffee.
Yes, I quite liked the movie. There were a lot of similarities in plot and stuff from other movies but it was still really good. I liked it better than I expected to. However, 3D has a way of giving people headaches so you could also see it without 3D if you don't want the risk.

Merry Belated Christmas and Happy New Year to you, too! Maybe your resolution should be "get my parents to practice driving with me". XD It could work! I hope they start practicing with you soon, the sooner the better! And then you can drive to school eventually when you get your license.
So, anything new happening? Not much on my end yet. Maybe going to the movies with Kye and dad on thursday. Going to go see Avatar most likely.

Happy New Years! How was your New Year's Eve? Mom, Shanna, and I played lots of games and ate junk food and watched a movie. Dad was at a friend's house that night.

Yep! I knew what you meant. XD And Kye is happy because she got a word search book for Christmas.
Yeah, driving on the weekends would be better than not driving at all. I was really nervous (man...it looks like I spelled that wrong...) at first when I started but after some time I got more comfortable with it. I'm still a little hesitant about being in middle lanes because I keep thinking I'm too close to the line or a car. XD I need to work on that.

Kye loves word searches. At first she thought my crossword book was a word search book so she was sad she didn't get it. Then she realized she got them confused.
The good thing for me about not going to school for the next half of a year is I get to do all this fun stuff with Kye as well as practicing to drive. Which reminds me, yesterday I had a dream I was driving on my own with just a permit because there was something really important I had to do. I don't think I'd have the guts to do that in real life.

I'm pretty sure Shiori is because she still has to pick up her sister from school and bring her home and such.
Yes, it is another half a year. I need to be able to drive without a parent before I can go to school. So, yeah, pretty much have this year off from school.
You know what you should buy in order not to bored at home? A crossword puzzle book. My aunt gave me one and I'm addicted to it right now.
