He prodded at the liver. Under the white artificial light, he could make out the small puncture on the patient's left kidney. Pulling out a pair of tweezers, the docter poked at the bleeding kidney with a passion similar to that of a child with their first pet. He poked and poked with a naive facination until the insides spilled out. Turning to his assistant, the doctor tried to make conversation.
"So...uhh..you do this often?"
