I have been on Gaia since 2006 and while I have been on and off this site since then, I really do enjoy being here. It's been quite a journey for me, with a lot of bumps along the way. However, I have had a bunch of learning experiences as well!
I love to collect art of one of my main OCs, Slick Southpaw. He is a burly faun with a snake friend, and I have enjoyed RPing him in the past.

right back at ya
Ah, I've heard Denver is a pretty place, but I've also heard it turned into an expensive place to live in the past 4-5 years because all the tech companies moved there to get away from more expensive cities. Not surprising to hear it's costly now, unfortunately. Contract aside, hopefully another job turns up that values you better, and is in a place you're happy to be. Glad you're closer to the family, but definitely hoping you can actually get time to spend with them in the future :/ When the work/life balance is off, everything just feels shitty.
Sending all the hugs and love your way, and hopefully you get a well-deserved break in the near future! If you need someone to come shoot somebody in the kneecaps, you know who to call wink
It was surprisingly not too bad adjusting to Boston, but I've always enjoyed colder weather compared to the drowning in my own sweat I was used to in the summer in California lol Only downside was I moved out here for my then-fiance, now ex, but such is life sometimes.
I tell you what, though, the lack of sunlight in winter is terrible. Nobody warned me about that part...
i honestly thought bout changin my name but i've had the same username since 2007. feel weird to have anythin' else.
