A note for my friends
Gaia was a big part of my life for the past four years, but lately, I've found that the site that I joined has become something that I don't feel like I can stand behind any more. I met a lot of great people here, but I also feel like I've been pushed out of the community by a lot of the users.
I'm also tired of the inflation that Gaia Cash has brought, and the sponsorships. I understand that a site this big needs a lot of money to run, but I think it could have been done better. It seems to me that Gaia is more concerned about cash than it's userbase, as it doesn't really listen to it's community.
A small part of it is that Gaia is aimed towards a younger age group. I have found several other sites that are aimed at a more mature group, and I feel at home on those sites.
I'm sorry that I'm going to leave some friends behind here, but I think it's time that I left.
