Description
Government: Their government is a semi-republic consisting of a grand council and the lord (the current lord ,and founder of the state, is “zel”). The lord is the leader of the government, as a check and balance system the council must approve of decisions made by the lord. The council handles most local affairs without interference from the lord, but all international affairs are handled by the lord, these however actions approved or rejected by the council but the council itself has little say in making these decisions. Counselor "Nomare Hill" has recently been charged with treason, unfortunately he escaped before apprehension, his charge was based on the trading of secrets endangering to natinal security. He is currently being pursued by a strike team and is expected to be located soon.

Residence: A community of warriors, craftsmen, and “thieves of honor”. Some of the residence work as mercenaries for surrounding countries, the craftsmen then supply these individuals and the state’s own military. Many refugees have been taken in as well from neighboring areas in conflict.

Military: The state’s military consists of the finest of the warriors in the state, they currently have had only twenty-one causalities in the fifty-four battles of their existence. The highest ranking officer is currently "Clerik Nar" reining as General

Minions: The many of the manual labor jobs (such as construction and farming) are done by semi-sentient creatures know only as “minions” are they are loyal to zel and a small number of those in the council, though it is believed that they consider zel to be their “master”. They are known to be slightly hostile (but not violent) to people not from the area they work or inhabit, some believe that it is a territorial issue, other believe they consider strangers a threat, some just think their mean. Some individuals have show higher cognitive powers, to the point of comperhenceable speech, though theses few are keep close to zel by his request.
