About

I like to wear jeans and t-shirts.
I'm not a wanna-be, I'm a will-be--just wait and see.
Just imagining the sound of velcro tearing apart makes me cringe.
It's proven that chocolate releases endorphins in your brain that make you happy.
I play the piano and trombone.
"Funner" is a word (no matter what the dictionary says).
It's possible to cry with your eyes open, but it stings really bad.
The "Alphabet Song" and "Twinkle Twinkle" have the same tune.
I'm just trying to figure out who I am and what I want to be.
Aliens DO exist.
Many people wonder the meaning of life--I say there isn't one.
I'm Christian, but I don't take the Bible seriously.
I'm not emo, but the evidence is mounting against me... emo
Emoticons/smilies are fun. =)
May the Force be with you.

P.S. Sending a message with a friend request would be most helpful instead of just asking for an add right away.

lol I complain a lot about the heat in summer here, but I don't know if I would like the weather elsewhere better. xD

I'm going to UCI this Thursday for a two-day orientation and I have to stay the night there at the dorms. I'm so excited!
demetre_s_baby Report | 07/27/2009 11:33 pm
Yep, and I don't know what happened but UCI said they didn't get my AP test scores, but I requested them 2 weeks ago...

In California, there only seems to be spring and summer. xD

Yes, I've been rather busy preparing for college. My mom keeps nagging me about what to bring for the dorm and the forms I have to fill out for housing and financial aid and so on are endless. xD

California is still rather green in winter. =3 I've never seen snow with my real eyes before.

The track system isn't very confusing for teachers, because there are different teachers for each track. The only thing is that there are not enough classrooms, so the teachers go back and forth between two classrooms, one for each semester.

Nebraska sounds nice - very green? =]

And I'm sorry for not going online for so long that you may have forgotten what we were talking about...-__-;

Yep. We had our graduation at the Greek Theatre, which is at the top of a hill. xD

Our school is year round. We are split into three groups called "tracks" and B and C tracks start in July while A track starts in mid-August, so we rotate. School ended for me at the end of April, but we had to wait for A track to finish in late June. Our entire student body is about 4000, so we needed the year round schedule. It's a crowded big-city school in Los Angeles, CA, but the area is a really good neighborhood and is very green. =]

Starting school in July is horrible, though. It's so darn hot and the crowd doesn't help. xD

Where are you from?

It was nice and cool and cloudy for the first half of the ceremony, and the suddenly, the sun came out and we were all burning and melting in our gowns. xD But I love the Griffith Park area; it's so green over there. =D We had to have it outside because we have about 800 graduates and everyone got 6 tickets for their family and friends.

Wow, your graduation was early. Super late congrats! xD
demetre_s_baby Report | 06/26/2009 9:40 pm
Thanks! The ceremony went rather well, but my shoes were killing me and we had to stand until everyone crosses the stage. Also, the sun can out in the middle of the ceremony and it became really hot, since our ceremony was outside.

When is your graduation?
