Honestly, I'd like to offer an apology for what it's worth, because use context is important and so often especially when it comes to verses in the bible, using the phrase "Cherry Picked" does so often come with negative connotation, it sits on the ear, and in the mind improperly. I will say my intended thinking was in the "carefully curated" direction of statement. For the time I've known you, I've taken you as a person well read in the bible. I've only been immersed in the word fully for nearly two years, and people I know who've been in it for the majority, or the entirety of their lives holds my awe, and respect.
Also, to be frank, the only thing I wanna start with bible nerds, is bible studies, and discussions.

Also from scripture, I love the reality check moments. Since becoming a Christian, I've yearned for things to humble my earthly human mind, and heart.
