Hey guess what!

I'm not sore from camp anymore xD



But they almost killed my arm with what they wanted me to do with it



20pd body bar with curl ups, then lifting the bar above my head and working it behind my head and then just straight up and down

10 times each for 3 sets.



I would of died if I hadnt said "Yeahh....My arm=Busted...Can't do that."



So they made me do 4times the lunges and squats ._.



OH



and the fun part



running up the hill 5 times and then doing 100 push ups xD





I better get skinny from this ><;
