I'm sorry you have little snow! In the Northeast USA we have been getting snow earlier than usual. Boston, Mass. had 10 inches of snow last week in one day! We've had 3 snow events in northeast NJ the within the last 4 weeks. On the unplowed snow outside my house, there is about 4 inches of snow now with a hard, crusty layer of frozen ice on top. The roads are pretty good though...thank goodness!



I like to check on the Farmer's Almanac for weather/snow/rain etc predictions in the US. Its been more accurately than not predicting weather since 1792 here in the states. http://www.almanac.com/



Maybe you will get a little snow by Christmas. Do you have anything like the Farmer's Almanac where you live?
