Deadly Waltz

Warm air so soft and gentle
Cool wind so blustery and strong
Pressure drops slowly
As the currents prepare

Clouds gather to watch
Turning pale green with envy
They look on
Waiting for the show to start

Rain and hail take their seats
Warm air gracefully takes cool wind's hand
The trees bow in awe
As the drafts begin

Cool wind takes the lead with great power
Warm air follows as the earth is pulled by their majesty
The world around them fades
Beware not to step in their path

Twirling round and round
Where they will stop is anyone's guess
The trail they leave behind
Will always be in tales large and small

When the winds dance take heed
When the drafts whirl take cover
For if you are caught beneath their feet
You will be swept away by the Deadly Waltz

Fluid in motion
It has no shape
The bed it sleeps in forms its body

The land around it goes one way

When it takes a shape you can make cold drinks
