    History

    Official Timeline:

Mura was a saiya-jin born within the low-class. At a young age his prowess and skill surpassed many others of his class. Constantly begging the King, Mura's father had failed to promote him up to the ranks of the elite. Those born in their class usually never strayed from it. Although Mura was not able to become an elite, he did manage to join the ranks of another class that was just as rare, if not even more so, as the elite: the semi-Elite. These were warriors who were not noble enough for the elite ranks, but still recognized for their great power.

As a young semi-Elite, Mura went on many missions. After starting a rivalry with a low-class named Bardock, Mura had commanded his own squad of low-class warriors shortly after reaching adulthood. The squadron consisted of the following Saiyans: Mura, Bardock, Toma, Rhuba, Zukini, and Gine. This was indeed a team of stars, each warrior bringing their own skillset to the table. Not only did Bardock first meet his future wife, Gine, but this was also how Mura, Bardock, and Toma became a trinity of powerful warriors. They were brothers-at-arms. True comrades.

Years after the team had came to fruition, it was followed by the deaths of Rhuba and Zukini during a nearly impossible mission. Though tragic, Mura had not felt sorrow. He felt disappointed that he could not properly command his subordinates. Mura disbanded the squadron and became a one-man army, going on missions alone. All he could do was kill who he was ordered to kill, conquer who he needed to conquer. However, Bardock and Toma were not finished with this squadron. As Bardock's relationship with Gine grew, so did the squadron. Bardock, taking on the role of leader, recruited three new members: Fasha(Celipa), Borgos(Totepo), and Shugesh(Panbukin).

Years had passed, and tension had began to surface between Mura and the Frieza Force. He had witnessed many acts of dishonor and disrespect, and felt a sense of puppetry and slavery. He always knew they were forced to work for Frieza, but at least there used to be honor to it, or so the blind would say. Mura had became a rogue, doing as he pleased. No longer caring for the Lord's orders. He was becoming a problem. Not only was he revolting, he was powerful enough to actually cause a stir. During a mission on a distant planet, Mura was ambushed by a large number of the Frieza Force. Mura was not surprised, and only saw this as a challenge. Mura held his own against the mighty force, even turning Oozaru to increase their death count.

As reinforcement after reinforcement came, Mura would continue to take them down. Though they managed to cut his tail off to revert him back to normal, the Frieza Force still couldn't keep him down. That was when Frieza revealed himself, instantly destroying the planet and his ground troops along with it. Mura luckily flew out of the planet's atmosphere and away from the explosion, but was met by the power of the Galaxy's emperor himself. Frieza made quick work of Mura, shooting him with an endless barrage of beams, destroying nearly every inch of his body. He left him lifeless. Mura's body would now float in space, as Frieza's ship would retreat.

This rebellious act had sparked the paranoia that consumed Frieza, leading to the destruction of Planet Vegeta a week later, nearly ending the Saiya-jin race.

    Expanded Canon Timeline:

After an unknown time of floating in the void of space, virtually lifeless, Mura was caught by the pull of a nearby planet, sending him crashing onto the planet's surface. There he was found by the residents, a race of aliens that were advanced in healing magic and technology. Due to his heavily damaged body, they were unable to recognize Mura as a terrorizing saiya-jin, a diabolical one at that. Mura was soon fully restored, though lacking his saiyan tail. Giving him new armor and clothing, The aliens had allowed Mura to reside on their planet. On this planet, Mura faced many challenges, both physically and internally.

    GT Timeline:

Throughout time, Mura had aged wiser and more powerful. Though he could only achieve a Super Saiya-jin transformation, he learned to train his base form so that he made up for the power he could not receive from the further evolution. Mura was encountered by a small group of surviving Saiya-jin, who brought him back home to the original Saiya-jin home planet, Planet Saiya. There Mura was recognized as an elder Saiya-jin and a veteran. He was often looked to for guidance. During this time, Mura had encountered two significantly powerful Saiya-jin named Cannabu and Mythec who claimed to be disciples of a Saiya-jin named Tullece. Though they rarely got along, Mura joined them on their crusade to avenge their late mentor.

    Extended Universe Timeline:

At some point in Mura's life, he was forced into a situation with time patrolmen. Obviously causing an alternate timeline, this version of Mura had worked with the Time Patrol once or twice, but never got along with them. They would not allow him to go back in time to Kill Frieza, and so he decided not to aid them. This version of Mura has become enlightened and aware of many conceptions with time patrolling, such as the past, present, and future events (DB, DBZ, DBS, DbGT) as well as the concept of multiverse.
